Blessed Be the Name traditional hymn for ukulele and SAB 3 part vocals

When purchasing this product, you will receive a 2-page TIFF document with the song Blessed Be the Name in the Key of G for ukulele and optional SAB voices.

Included on this document are these things:

*Traditional melody notes written in the Treble Clef (can also be used for other Treble Clef instruments, such as the flute, clarinet, oboe, violin, guitar, trumpet, tone chimes, orchestral bells and piano)

*Alto notes written in the Treble Clef and Baritone notes written in the Bass Clef for optional 3-part singing.

*Tabs for picking the melody notes on your ukulele

*Chords (which can be used for guitar or piano as well)

*Lyrics for 3 verses of the hymn

*Suggested strum pattern: Down Down Up Down Down Up (which is marked as D DUD DU in the music) or 1 2& 3 4&. To make it easier, it can also be strummed with a simple Down Down Down Down 4 beat strum pattern.

*Introduction to the song: 1 strumming pattern per chord (D DUD DU) or 4 down strums per chord

This song uses these chords: G, C, D7 and is intended for late beginners or early intermediate ukulele students.

I originally made this arrangement when I was teaching 2 Junior High classes at a Christian school: an ukulele class and a Junior High choir. I arranged it so that they could perform together in Chapel. It can also be performed with a trio of singers instead.
