Page 1 you can print off to give them practice writing what they're reading about.
Page 2 and 3 is where the fun begins! Print off on cardstock making sure that Page 3 is upside down opposite of Page 2.
Fold along the solid line in the first section where it says, "Story Elements" on page 2. At the bottom of page 2, cut along the dotted lines so students can reveal their information after they've filled it out.
