Learn to Read and Write Level 4 is the 4th book in a series of Language Arts Curriculum Books. This book is a full year's course for elementary school language arts. By level 4, it is assumed that most students read independently.

To begin this book, a student should be at the 3rd to 4th grade level depending on reading ability, reading fairly fluently, and writing paragraphs without much help.
