CAUSE & EFFECT: LESSON PLAN WITH TEMPLATES/RUBRIC: 3RD-5TH GRADES

What is cause and effect? How do you explain it correctly to your students?

A lesson plan introducing the concept of cause and effect for 3rd-5th graders can start with a brief explanation of the terms "cause" and "effect" using relatable examples, such as "If it rains (cause), the ground gets wet (effect)." The lesson can include a read-aloud story where students identify and discuss cause-and-effect relationships within the text.
