This book contains all lowercase letters and is not in alphabetical order. Why, you might ask? Cursive writing was designed to help children with writing words. Studies have also shown that children with dyslexia and other learning struggles do better with spelling when learning how to write in cursive first.
My kids themselves began learning cursive in kindergarten and first grades. My daughter has had trouble with print, so we began learning cursive and is doing much better.
The letters progress from easy to harder but if they practice, they will get it.
