Music emphasizes that God is the ultimate creator of all beauty, including the beauty found in music. As the Bible teaches in Colossians 1:16, “For by Him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible…” This encourages Christians to create and appreciate music that reflects God’s glory and purpose, using their talents not for selfish gain but for worship (1 Corinthians 10:31). 

Music has a profound impact on the soul and can influence how we think and feel. Songs with lyrics that reflect biblical truths can encourage faith, hope, and love, while others can provide comfort during difficult times. Music also has the ability to challenge negative behaviors and attitudes, pointing listeners toward virtue and godliness (Philippians 4:8). In this way, Christian music can influence culture in a positive way, promoting values that align with God’s Word.
