Footsteps Across the Map Series: Italy is a Charlotte Mason–inspired geography study designed for elementary learners to complete independently using an atlas, globe, internet (with parental supervision), or reference books.
Through thoughtful, open-ended questions and guided map work, learners explore Italy’s physical geography, including mountains, rivers, plains, volcanoes, islands, coastlines, climate, food regions, and major cities. Rather than relying on fill-in-the-blank answers, this study encourages narration, observation, and meaningful written responses in the learner’s own words.
